Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HabiCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of service

HabiCraft is a home visualisation and renovation planning tool designed for Singapore HDB homebuyers. The platform provides 3D room models based on standard HDB published dimensions, a furniture catalogue for spatial planning, 2D floor plan views, and export tools for sharing with contractors and interior designers.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@habicraft.sg.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that use fraudulent or misleading information.

Free and paid tiers

HabiCraft offers a free tier that includes the 3D room builder with furniture placement for all HDB flat types. No account is required to explore rooms. The free tier does not include saving, exporting, or advanced features.

The paid tier unlocks additional features including saving room layouts, 2D floor plan exports, GLB 3D model exports, custom furniture generation, dimension editing, share links, and more.

We reserve the right to change pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice. If pricing changes affect your active plan, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
• Upload malicious files, malware, or content that violates any law
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Resell access to the platform or its features without written permission
• Use the custom furniture upload feature to generate inappropriate or offensive 3D models

Intellectual property

Our property: The HabiCraft platform, its design, code, branding, furniture catalogue, and all original content are owned by HabiCraft. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Your content: You own the room layouts, floor plans, custom furniture models, and any other content you create on HabiCraft. By using the platform, you grant HabiCraft a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (e.g. saving your layouts, generating share links, creating thumbnails).

This licence ends when you delete your content or your account. We do not use your content for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose other than delivering the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabiCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from:

• Renovation decisions made based on dimensions or layouts from the platform
• Inaccuracies in AI-extracted floor plan data or room dimensions
• Inability to access the service due to downtime or technical issues
• Loss of saved data (though we take reasonable precautions to prevent this)
• Any third-party actions or services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to HabiCraft in the 12 months preceding the claim, or SGD $50, whichever is greater.

Disclaimers

HabiCraft is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available 100% of the time without interruption
• The service will be free of bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
• Room dimensions will exactly match your actual HDB unit
• AI-extracted data (floor plans, furniture models) will be perfectly accurate

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and uptime, but software is imperfect and HDB units may vary from published standard dimensions.

Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page or via the Stripe billing portal. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@habicraft.sg and we will review your case.

All payments are processed by Stripe. HabiCraft does not store your credit card details.

Termination

By you: You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. This will permanently delete all your data, including saved layouts, custom furniture, and uploaded files.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if your account appears to be compromised. We will attempt to notify you by email before or at the time of termination, except in cases of serious abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of HabiCraft shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of HabiCraft after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
